SEDC's Mobile Workforce system provides an advanced solution for automating workforce tasks. This feature enhances communication between field crews, office staff, and dispatchers, resulting in improved service response times, reduced drive times, and increased operational efficiency.

The Mobile Workforce application by SEDC offers field crews the capability to access work orders either in a detailed list view or through a map displaying the entire utility service area. This allows office teams to access updated order information almost in real-time.

By incorporating GPS functionality, the system displays the locations of trucks on dispatchers' maps.
